As of November 27, 2023

By making a reservation and paying the deposit for a travel event, you are signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.

VERIFY ALL DOCUMENTS

Please read and check all documents when you receive them. You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any errors. You will be required, at the time of booking, to provide the full legal name of each traveler in your party. The names on your documents must match your passport or travel-approved government-issued ID. A name change fee may be charged if a reservation is made with an incorrect name.

PROOF OF IDENTITY (PASSPORTS & VISAS)

Proof of identity is required for all travelers, including children. Passports are required for travel outside the U.S. and must be valid for six months after the trip return date. Your passport name must match the name on your reservation, cruise boarding pass and airline ticket; otherwise you may be denied travel. Passport and emergency contact information is required for all travelers prior to the release of travel documents.

Some destinations may have additional requirements such as a visa that the traveler must obtain prior to departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure and/or pay for any and all visas, electronic travel authorizations (ETAs), affidavits, vaccinations, etc. that are required in order to be permitted entry into each destination on the itinerary. In some countries you may be subject to entry fees and/or departure fees, which will be collected at the airports upon entry/departure by local government authorities.

For additional information, visit www.travel.state.gov/passport or call the National Passport Information Center at 877-487-2778. Non-U.S. citizens and U.S. citizens originating from outside the U.S. should consult their country’s embassy regarding specific requirements for entry into each and every country of destination.

CONSENT FOR TRAVELING WITH MINORS

Children under 18 years of age must travel with both parents or must bring a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent(s) giving permission for them to travel to each listed state or country without their legal guardian(s) or a certified copy of the death certificate of the deceased parent.

PRICING

All prices quoted are per person in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise specified, and are based on the current rate of international exchange between the U.S. dollar and foreign currency at the time of publication. Whenever possible, Inspiration obtains price guarantees from suppliers. Additional sums may be charged to offset any increased fees, including fuel surcharges, carrier surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. All are subject to change. These fees will be chargeable to the traveler up to the time of departure. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation by Traveler Travel arrangements, for any member of the traveling party, may be canceled at any time by the person who made the booking. Cancellations may be received by written notice or by calling the Inspiration office. Cancellation fees will be assessed to travelers who cancel in the event a group leader, headliner or accompanying talent is unable to participate on the travel event, or because of an itinerary change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Inspiration.

Cancellation of a roommate will result in an increased fare to the remaining traveler to cover supplier single occupancy charges. Inspiration cannot guarantee that any person sharing a room will not cancel.

Applicable fees are per person as listed in the event brochure and the event website and will be charged for all cancellations of confirmed reservations. Reservations and deposits are non transferable. Refunds due will be paid to the traveler within 30 days of the cancellation. Any refunds for unused air tickets will be made less the appropriate cancellation fees or penalties.

Cancellation by Event Partner or Inspiration

If Inspiration, along with the event partner, cancels a travel event, a refund will be given within 60 days, minus any nonrefundable fees charged by travel suppliers.

Cancellation Due to Failure to Pay

If full payment is not received by the due date, Inspiration has the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be made. Payment due dates are listed on the event brochure and the event website.

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure Events

If a travel event is canceled as a result of a force majeure event, a future travel credit (FTC) to the value of funds paid to date less any third-party costs incurred will be provided. All FTCs will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

If a travel event is terminated mid-trip due to a force majeure event, and if Inspiration provides you with any alternative services or assistance, such as hotels or travel, then you agree to pay for these additional costs.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Inspiration recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans help provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical and emergency evacuation/repatriation, trip delay, baggage delay and more. Consult the insurance carrier directly for details. No representation or description of the insurance made by Inspiration employees constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. You agree to hold Inspiration harmless for your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by travel insurer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

There may be restrictions imposed by the travel suppliers (air carrier, tour operator, etc.). Because facilities around the world vary significantly, accommodations for persons with mobility limitations (scooter, wheelchair, walker, cane, etc.) may not be available. If you have a medical condition (mobility limitations, pregnancy, dietary restrictions, etc.), or use medical equipment (such as a CPAP machine, oxygen tank, pacemaker, etc.) that could affect your travel, consult your physician before booking. Travelers must notify Inspiration of limitations at time of booking so we can inform you of possible travel restrictions.

A traveler who requires services of a personal nature (eating, toileting, help standing, climbing stairs or being pushed in a wheelchair, etc.) must bring a travel companion to provide such assistance and must understand that other travelers and staff will not be available for such purposes.

For those traveling on a tour, activities require you to be in good health and able to climb stairs without assistance, walk at a modest pace for a few miles per day on uneven terrain and be able to transport your own luggage.

IMAGE & SOUND RELEASE

By booking this travel event, you are granting permission for all persons on your reservation to be professionally photographed and audio and/or video recorded, and release Inspiration and/or its assigns from liability, restrictions, conditions or any compensation for obtaining and using these images and sounds in future promotional materials. Images or video submitted to Inspiration may be used for marketing without expectation of compensation.

Inspiration is a sales agent for any airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line or other service provider. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default or failure to honor future trip credits. You acknowledge that your travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the supplier, a government entity or other third party over which we have no control. You further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.

Terms and conditions for travel as set forth in the contracts and tickets provided by the travel suppliers (cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, ground transportation, etc.) apply to this purchase. You will receive these documents at the time of ticketing.

RESPONSIBILITY

Inspiration assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control or any acts of God; unsafe conditions; terrorism; health hazards including pandemics, illness and weather hazards; or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip.
