In 1991, Gary Hamrick became the first pastor of Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, Virginia, launching the church with just 18 charter members. Today, Cornerstone Chapel welcomes several thousand people each week in person, with thousands more joining online from around the world. Pastor Gary is passionate about teaching the truth of Scripture in a clear, practical way, helping people grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and mature in their faith. He was ordained by Pastor Chuck Smith and the Calvary Chapel Association in 1995. Gary and his wife, Terri, have three children and nine grandchildren.
