Flight Options

We recommend selecting the group air arranged for your event, as the flight times are optimal for ideal hotel check-in, and the low fare is guaranteed, insured and included in your travel package. Please be aware that, as with all group ticketing, these flights do not allow passengers to collect frequent flyer miles, upgrade tickets or choose seats. In order to sit with your traveling companions, you may need to ask to switch seats once onboard the plane. And since it is a group rate, individuals are not able to make alterations (personal trip extensions, etc.) from the published itinerary.

Should you prefer to secure individual flights instead of the group air, we can certainly assist you. This is an option for travelers wishing to use miles, collect bonus miles or choose specific seats. Please be aware that, if you decide to purchase individual air tickets separately from the travel package, you will have to pay for them in full at the time we make your arrangements. These tickets are not necessarily refundable, nor are they covered by the Travel Protection Plan included with our group flights.
