Jeff & Sheri Easter, a Southern gospel duo, have a rich musical heritage and a career marked by numerous accolades. They have won nine Dove Awards, received two Grammy nominations and Sheri has been named the Singing News Favorite Alto eleven times. Their philosophy is to leave their audience a little different than when they came in, providing a great time of smiling, laughing, crying and healing. Their children, Madison, Morgan and Maura, have joined them in their musical journey, adding a dynamic sound and stage presence to their performances.

He is the Lead Pastor of Fairview Baptist Church Knoxville and known for his bold and uncompromising preaching of God’s Word. His passion comes from a deep theological conviction that the Bible is infallible, inerrant, authoritative and sufficient for any situation we face in life. His righteous approach to reading and teaching scripture has earned him honors such as serving on the executive board of the Tennessee Baptist Convention, receiving the Prestigious Lifeway Top 100 Southern Baptist Churches Award and much more.
Jeff has multiple degrees in theology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in eschatology. He and his wife of over 30 years, Kristi, have two children and one beautiful granddaughter.

By age 21, he was considered a “recognized master” of one of America’s most demanding art forms, but his career took him in other directions, catapulting him to popularity and success in the mainstream of country music. Legendary names such as James “Big Chief” Wetherington, Jake Hess, and Wally Varner were Melody Masters whose tradition had been carried on by Scott Whitener, Roger Burnett, and Chris Roberts in a very popular and critically-acclaimed version of MMQ in the late 1990’s. One by one, MMQ members began leaving the road and following a brief Melody Masters reunion tour in 2004-2005, Scott, Roger and Chris decided to launch a new endeavor.
Today Carolina performs in all types of venues and outdoor events, even appearing with Elvis from time-to-time as J.D. Sumner and the Stamps.
