As the president of the Congregational Methodist Denomination and chaplain for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, he's a spiritual guide at the highest levels. His book, Defy the Odds, inspires many with his story of overcoming adversity. His passion extends to supporting other leaders, teaching via his podcast, and hosting church growth conferences.
